• A group of highly experienced personnel in power sector are available in across group companies to assist the EPC Team for major projects.

Ramp-up in progress

• 20-25 engineers with average 15 years experience in different areas of main equipment and Balance of Plants are selected and in process of joining.
• Engineers of 30-40 years of experience including Ex-General Managers of BHEL and other reputed organizations have been retained as Consultants

Engineering Computer Programs

• Under Procurement : PDMS, AutoCAD, Caesar, ETAP, Steam Pro

Erection Equipment

• Tie ups for higher value cranes & Plants
• Other tools and plants are under process of procurement

Project Management Tools

• MS projects
• Primavera 6.2 e/c

Methodology & Approach

• Engineering Activities of all the Balance of Plants will be performed in-house
• Based on our engineering equipment specifications, long term tie-ups with reputed vendors would be established
• Quality to be ensured by internal professional expertise
• Project management activities will be performed in-house to adhere to the targeted commissioning
• Erection expertise in place
